What will you find here?
I specialize in intricate beaded works utilizing seed beads in sizes 13/0, 14/0, 15/0, 16/0, 18/0, 20/0, 22/0, and 24/0  in the following materials: glass (round and Hex)  steel, 24 K gold, Semi-Precious gold plated, Sterling Silver plated, Sterling Silver, metal, precious metal, semi-precious metal, and  plastic beads.  I also utilize numerous shapes and cuts including, various sizes of  true cuts, barrel cut/shaped, crystal cuts, cut crystal, charlotte cuts, and various colored pony, vintage and antique aluminum beads.

I purchase and collect (have for at least 10-15 years minimum, and expect to for the rest if my life...heh, heh) antique micro, antique glass, vintage, hand-blown, hand-made, pressed glass, collectible Japanese, Czech, French,  Bohemian and Italian beads, all of  which I use in my work.

I make a concerted effort to  accurately identify the make and/or origin of  all the beads I use and note such on each tag I attach to every piece of my work.. (Sunshine gasps for air), I also have a fondness for the new Macco beads which have expanded my micro bead-work tremendously, and (wipes sweat from brow)  if you give me more time, I will eventually  incorporate a gazillion more types of beads in my work,.....because, in my book, (The Bead Addict's Handbook.....lol......just kidding), there is no such thing as too many beads!!!

I also incorporate porcelain, pearls, gemstone, semi-precious gemstones, stones, bones, woods, shells, nuts, cones, porcupine quills, leather, suede, natural or genuine animal fur, and just about any other natural/genuine item/material I can get my hands on.

Within this site you will find all manner of beadwork. I have beaded jewelry that includes, but is not limited to;  ancient style, historical style, contemporary style, innovative and original, as well as Native American Indian styles encompassing beaded barrettes, beaded brooches, beaded earrings, beaded hat pins, beaded lapel pins, beaded necklaces, beaded pendants, beaded stick pins, and beaded tie tacks.  I have bead-worked accessories that include beaded belt buckles, beaded bolo ties, and beaded hat bands.....(yeah, okay, I'll take another breath).  I have beaded/bead-worked, body/home decorations, beaded cigarette cases, beaded lighter holders, beaded hair sticks, beaded medicine bags  (with a history/origin),  beaded medicine shields( with a a history/origin), and beaded artwork......(gasps again for more air...whew....sheesh).........I have one-of-a-kind collectibles with unique individual customized designs as well as collectible antique micro beads, antique/vintage cameos, and  antique/vintage beaded purses (with a history/origin).

I use a variety of beadworking methods including brick stitch, Cheyenne stitch, mosaic weave, peyote, flat peyote, tubular peyote, my own version of flat vertical peyote, appliqué, loom work, and I'm still learning new techniques!!!!  That's one of the marvelous things about beadwork....there are so many different ways to do it!!!!!!!!!!!

Sooooo........quite frankly........If you don't see it, ask for it.  If you've got it and I don't, sell it to me as I am, truly, a collector and (shhhhhhhhhh....this is supposed to be a secret....LOL).  I'm a self-professed bead addict. (snicker, giggle, big secret, LOL....yeah...I know....)

Beadwork is an ever-evolving art medium, from ancient times to modern day. I don't feel it will ever get old, tired, or boring. Each day brings new ideas, projects, inspiration, and become new creations. I feel blessed to bring to you just a few of those things.

This web site is very much like my beadwork, in a constant state of  perpetual/continuing evolution, as such, you should come back often to see what's new!!! I have set up the menu located to the left in an alphabetical manner. I've done this cuz, even though I have my favorite categories, I realize that it makes more navigational sense to set it up in a logical manner.

Look around, get lost, have a wonderful trip and ENJOY!!!
