effort to accurately identify the make and/or origin of all
the beads I use and note such on each tag I attach to every piece of my
work.. (Sunshine gasps for air), I also have a fondness for the new
Macco beads which have expanded my micro bead-work tremendously, and
(wipes sweat from brow) if you give me more time, I will
eventually incorporate a gazillion more types of beads in my
work,.....because, in my book, (The Bead Addict's Handbook.....lol......just kidding), there is no such thing as too many beads!!!
I use a variety of beadworking methods including brick stitch, Cheyenne
stitch, mosaic weave, peyote, flat peyote, tubular peyote, my own version
of flat vertical peyote, appliqué, loom work, and I'm
still learning new techniques!!!! That's one of the
marvelous things about beadwork....there are so many different ways to
do it!!!!!!!!!!! Beadwork is an ever-evolving art medium, from ancient times to modern day. I don't feel it will ever get old, tired, or boring. Each day brings new ideas, projects, inspiration, and become new creations. I feel blessed to bring to you just a few of those things. This web site is very
much like my beadwork, in a constant state of perpetual/continuing
evolution, as such, you should come back often to see what's new!!! I
have set up the menu located to the left in an alphabetical manner. I've
done this cuz, even though I have my favorite categories, I realize that
it makes more navigational sense to set it up in a logical manner.
