In creating a spiral rope chain for a necklace, my son Aaron commented on how 'awesome' it looked and asked me if I could make him a bracelet using the same technique.  This is the bracelet I made for him as a  Christmas gift in 2001.  I learned this spiral rope technique from one of Elbe's books featuring amulets. 

This particular one is done with  size 14/0 round black glass Japanese beads and size 13/0 24K gold Charlotte cut beads.
