This was probably once a very gorgeous Bohemian beaded drawstring bag.  The beads are very vibrantly colored.  It's beyond restoration as the base silk it was embroidered upon has all but disintegrated with age. However, the beads are astounding in color and can be used to restore other similar purses or create a whole new project!!  Being sold for beads and there approximate value.
