This piece may seem familiar, it's a reproduction of one of my very first attempts at bead embroidery/appliqué  The center piece is a 30mm  dyed genuine Fossil Stone cabochon. I've used size 14/0 glass round Japanese beads, only this time the silver beads aren't galvanized but actually size 13/0 Charlotte Cut Sterling Silver beads.  Accents include 2mm glass barrel beads and 6mm glass barrel beads.  Backed with genuine pigskin leather and hung from a 26" sterling silver chain and dual silver bails.  Beadworked piece measures approximately 2 x 2 3/8 inches.
