I fell in love with a pin in Peggy Sue Henry's private collection depicted in one of her Beads to Buckskins books.  This necklace is a much larger version of it.  I've used a 40x30mm genuine Snow Quartz for the center stone.  I've surrounded it with size 13/0 charlotte cut glass beads and the accents are genuine stabilized turquoise chips.  Beadworked area measures 4 3/4 inches long and  2 3/4 inches wide Backed with genuine pigskin suede and hung from a 24 inch sterling silver box chain.
