I apologize for this picture, it's actually a scan of a scan and doesn't do the necklace justice at all.  This necklace was inspired by a design by Susan Claxton.  The center piece is a genuine semi-precious 40mm x 30mm  Lapis Lazuli gemstone cabochon.  I've embellished it with size 14/0 round glass Japanese beads and size 11/0 14K gold Delica beads.  The fringe accents include 6mm round semi-precious Lapis Lazuli gemstone beads.  Backed with genuine pigskin suede leather, the pendant portion measures 1 7/8 x 3 1/2 inches including the fringe.  It is hung from 14K gold  bails and a 22 inch 14K gold plated curb chain.
