I apologize for the picture, it's actually a scan of a scan, but you get the general idea.  This is a small genuine honey colored onyx semi-precious gemstone cabochon.  I've used an appliqué technique using size 14/0 round glass Japanese beads.  The accents are genuine oat/rice 3mm Mother-of-Pearl beads.  This piece measures 2 x 1 1 5/8 inches, is backed with genuine pigskin suede leather and hangs from a 26 inch leather cord.
