These are fun little earrings.  I got the design from one of Suzanne McNeill's craft books.  All the beads are antique hand-blown glass 1x1mm tubes, with the exception of the black ones which are the new modern  glass Macco 1x1mm tube beads available at Shipwreck Beads. These parrots are hanging around on 14K gold 3mm ball post earrings.  I can convert these to clip-on, wires or sterling silver posts upon request.
