This Crow  was one of several Sunshine Original designs commissioned by Wendy Gobin of the Tulalip Tribes in Tulalip, Washington. The Crow (also referred to as a Raven in many places) symbolizes the guardian of great secrets. The crow combines past, present, and future, because it lives in a void without any perception of time. Since it also combines light and shadow, it perceives its outer and inner truths simultaneously. People who have the power of the crow must stand by their own realizations and constantly strive to live the truth that they discovered.

This particular crow was weaved using size 24/0 (the tiniest made) antique hand-blown glass beads. Pendant and earring accents include, 4mm round glass beads, 2mm genuine Malachite semi-precious gemstone beads, dyed  porcupine quills and carved wood blackbird fetish beads.
