These are 10x8mm vintage resin faux coral cameos.  I've used  light colored peach size 22/0 antique hand-blown glass beads (circa late 1800's) and modern size 15/0 round Japanese glass beads to create the bezel and edging.  Backed with genuine pigskin suede leather and hung from gold plated ear wires.  I can convert these to clip-on or posts upon request.
