This medicine bag is made with genuine leather, however, it should be noted that it is machine stitched.  The stone is either a natural Blood stone, or a mixed Indian Agate, I'm not exactly sure which, as I've had it for so long I've forgotten which it was.  I have embellished it with a beaded bezel using Japanese glass size 14/0 round beads.  It measures 2 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches not including the strap (which is 20 inches long).

This is a One-Of-A-Kind Creation.
