A customer requested some long (5-6 inches) dangly earrings using porcupine quills rather than the standard glass bugle beads cuz the glass beads made the earrings much to heavy to wear.  She sent me a sketch of what she had in mind and viola!!  several pairs of long dangly earrings were created!! 

The top is done in tubular peyote with white size 14/0 round Japanese glass beads.  Genuine Porcupine Quills that have been dyed black make up the 10 long fringe sections and the ends have been accented with 6mm glass fringe drop beads.

These earrings are about 5 3/4 inches long and are hung from sterling silver plated fish hook ear wires.   

Customer comments: The customer "Jana" is now pictured wearing the earrings above ....   Sunshine! These are my favorites!  I wear a lot of black ....  here's my picture in my new earrings so you could see how much I love them and how good they look.  Thanks a million!!!!!
