This is a design by Veon and they are very large, definitely shoulder dusters at about 5 inches long.  Weaved in flat vertical peyote with size 15/0 glass Japanese hex beads.  The fuchsia and dark lavender are metallic.  Hung from 3mm sterling silver ball post earrings.
