These charming heart earrings are done with size 15/0 glass Japanese Hex beads. Fringe accents are 4 mm heart shaped AB coated  glass beads. Hung from surgical steel ear wires.  I can convert these to clip-on or posts , in precious or non-precious metals, upon request.
