I've embellished these tear drop wire frames with hematite size 13/0 Charlotte Cut beads.  The accents are genuine semi-precious hematite gemstone heart shaped beads.  They are hung from nickel ear wires and though the picture doesn't show it, the wires are also accented with a heart shaped charm.  I can convert these to lever backs, clip-on, or posts upon request.
