I apologize for the poor quality of this picture, it's a scan of a scan.  One of those 'didn't have a digital camera on hand' kinda things. 

This is a design by Veon weaved in a combination of flat vertical peyote and brick stitch with size 15/0 glass Japanese hex beads.  The butterfly wing accents are bronzed pressed glass dagger beads.
