This is a design from one of Veon's books.  It is called 'HEYOKAH', or TEACHER. 

It is also known as 'The Divine Trickster' in the Plains Tribes and 'KOSHARI' by the Hopi and Pueblo Indian Tribes. 

I've done this one in flat vertical peyote with size 14/0 round glass Japanese beads and mounted it on genuine pigskin leather.  It's on a dual toned bolo of gold and white.
